Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress.
