Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise can help our bodies become stronger and give them more energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
